Every order follows the same steps, and nothing goes into production until you have approved the specification, the price and a physical sample.
Consultation & product brief
Tell us the product, target market, materials, quantities and customisation. You'll talk to our English-speaking team on WhatsApp, email or a call.
Specification & commercial approval
We confirm the specification, price, MOQ, payment terms and estimated timeline in writing. Nothing is sampled until you agree.
Sampling & approval
We develop a physical sample and send it to you. You check fit, finish and branding; we revise if needed. Production starts only after you approve.
Production
Your order is made to the approved sample, artwork, materials and specification. You receive photos and video while it's in production.
Inspection & quality assurance
We check workmanship, materials, branding, sizing, quantity and packaging before dispatch, measured against the approved sample.
Packing & shipment
Goods are packed to your requirements and prepared for your forwarder. We stay in touch until the products are in your hands.

Protecting your designs
Your artwork and custom patterns are your brand's assets. If you need a non-disclosure agreement or a design-ownership clause, raise it at step two so it's agreed in writing before sampling starts.

Private label questions
What is the difference between private label and OEM?
Private label means we make one of our existing constructions and brand it as yours: your colours, logo and packaging. OEM, or custom development, means we build a product to your own design or tech pack. Private label is faster and cheaper to start; OEM gives you a product nobody else sells.
What is the minimum order for private label boxing gloves?
20 pairs per design for boxing gloves, MMA gloves, hand wraps, focus mitts, strike paddles and drum mitts. For other lines, we confirm the MOQ per design when we quote.
Will the products show your brand name?
No. Private label products carry your branding. Your import paperwork will name the manufacturer and the country of origin, and the products themselves must carry the country-of-origin marking your import market requires.
Do I need my own designs to start?
No. You can start from one of our constructions and customise colours, logo and packaging. Many brands launch that way and develop custom designs once they know what sells.
Can you match a product I already sell?
Send us the product or its tech pack and we'll quote the closest construction, pointing out any differences in materials or build. We can match specifications and quality, but not another company's trademarks or protected designs.
How do I know the bulk order will match the sample?
Production runs to the approved sample, artwork and specification. We send photos and video during production, and inspect workmanship, materials, branding, sizing, quantity and packaging before dispatch. If you want your own third-party inspection as well, tell us at the brief stage and we'll plan it into the schedule.
