What this website collects

This website has no user accounts, and it doesn't store the details you type into the quote form. When you press "Send on WhatsApp" or "Send by email", your browser opens WhatsApp or your email app with a pre-filled message. Nothing is sent to us until you choose to send it from that app.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and performance. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers. See Google's privacy policy.

Language settings

This website is available in several languages. When you open our homepage, our server picks a language from your browser's language setting or, if we don't offer that language, from the country your internet connection appears to come from. That lookup happens on our own server and the result isn't stored. If you choose a language from the language menu, your browser keeps a small cookie called fs_lang that contains only the language code, so we show the same language next time. It expires after one year, and you can delete it in your browser at any time.

Information you send us

When you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, company, contact details, product requirements and files. We use it only to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations and samples, and fulfil and support orders. We don't sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and order correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax and export record-keeping requirements.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing business@goforgesports.com. If you're in the UK or EU, you also have the rights given by the UK GDPR or EU GDPR.

Changes

We'll update this notice if our practices change, for example if we add analytics or a server-side form. The date at the top shows the latest version.
